ガイドワイヤ挿入開始からガイドワイヤおよびカテーテルの狭窄部通過までの時間（秒）。大腸ステント留置術中に評価する。

1.大腸癌による閉塞に対して大腸ステント留置術を企図する患者。
2.本研究への参加について本人または代諾者から文書同意が得られた患者。

1.Patients scheduled for colorectal stent placement for malignant colorectal obstruction.
2.Patients who provide written informed consent, or whose legal representative provides consent.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.良性大腸狭窄が疑われる患者。
2.消化管穿孔が疑われる患者。
3.大腸の複数箇所に狭窄を認める患者。
4.重篤な全身状態不良により内視鏡処置が困難な患者。
5.研究責任医師が不適当と判断した患者。

本研究は閉塞性大腸癌に対する大腸ステント留置困難例におけるGel Immersion Endoscopy（GIE）の有用性を評価する単施設前向き観察研究である。通常手技で狭窄部通過が困難な症例に対してGIEを施行し、その有効性および安全性を評価する。前向き登録症例について収集したデータを用いて、2023年4月から2026年3月までのHistorical control症例との比較解析を行う予定である。

This is a single-center prospective observational study evaluating the efficacy and safety of gel immersion endoscopy (GIE) in difficult colorectal stent placement for obstructive colorectal cancer. GIE is performed when standard guidewire passage is difficult, and procedural outcomes are prospectively collected. Comparative analyses with historical control cases treated between April 2023 and March 2026 are planned.
