手術で切除予定である膝滑膜組織に局所麻酔剤を投与し、その後採取した滑膜から分離・培養した滑膜由来幹細胞の増殖および分化に対する、局所麻酔剤の影響を検討する

We will investigate the effects of local anesthetics on the proliferation and differentiation of synovial-derived stem cells isolated and cultured from synovial tissue obtained from the knee, which is scheduled for surgical resection.
