免疫学的指標（BAFF、Gd-IgA1、ウロモジュリン、尿所見、腎機能、内視鏡所見）の変化を探索的に評価する観察研究であり、有効性・安全性の検証を目的としたものではない。

This study aims to explore changes in immunological and clinical markers (BAFF, Gd-IgA1, uromodulin, urinalysis findings, renal function, and endoscopic epipharyngeal findings). It is an exploratory observational study and does not evaluate efficacy or safety.

18歳以上の患者

慢性上咽頭炎と診断され、通常診療としてEATを施行する症例

IgA腎症の活動期または寛解期、または腎疾患を有さない対照患者

EAT開始前および12回施行後の採血・尿検査・内視鏡評価に同意した者

研究参加について文書同意が得られた者

Patients aged 18 years or older

Diagnosed with chronic epipharyngitis and undergoing EAT as part of routine clinical care

Patients with active IgA nephropathy, remission-phase IgA nephropathy, or non-renal disease controls

Able to undergo blood tests, urinalysis, and endoscopic evaluation at baseline and after 12 EAT sessions

Provided written informed consent for study participation

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
急性上咽頭炎、急性副鼻腔炎、急性扁桃炎など、急性炎症性疾患を有する者

採血・尿検査・内視鏡検査を予定通り実施できない者

EATの施行が医学的に不適切と判断される者（強い嘔吐反射、出血傾向など）

重篤な全身疾患（心不全、肝不全、悪性腫瘍など）を有し、研究参加が困難と判断される者

妊娠中または妊娠の可能性がある者

研究責任医師が不適当と判断した者

Patients with acute inflammatory diseases such as acute epipharyngitis, acute sinusitis, or acute tonsillitis

Patients unable to undergo scheduled blood tests, urinalysis, or endoscopic evaluation

Patients for whom EAT is medically inappropriate (e.g., severe gag reflex, bleeding tendency)

Patients with severe systemic diseases (e.g., heart failure, liver failure, malignancy) that may interfere with study participation

Pregnant women or those with possible pregnancy

Any patient deemed unsuitable for participation by the principal investigator
