本研究の目的は、当院でリハビリテーションを実施した肩関節疾患患者を対象に、肩関節可動域、疼痛、機能障害の経時的変化を後方視的に調査し、SPADIの臨床的改善、リハビリテーション介入期間および患者背景因子との関連を明らかにすることである。

The purpose of this study is to conduct a retrospective analysis of changes over time in shoulder range of motion, pain, and functional impairment among patients with shoulder joint disorders who underwent rehabilitation at our hospital, and to clarify the relationship between clinical improvement on the SPADI and the duration of rehabilitation intervention as well as patient background factors.

基本情報。腱板断裂。石灰の有無。治療方針（手術の予定なし、検討中、今後）。直近の診察での関節内注射の有無。関節可動域。筋力。Shoulder Pain and Disability Index。疼痛評価（VAS）。夜間痛。

当院にて肩関節インピンジメント症候群、肩関節拘縮、肩関節周囲炎、肩関節石灰性腱炎、肩関節腱板損傷、肩関節腱板断裂、動揺肩関節、変形性肩関節症、癒着性肩関節包炎、外傷性肩関節症、関節リウマチと診断された症例

Cases diagnosed with shoulder impingement syndrome, adhesive capsulitis, frozen shoulder, calcific tendinitis of the shoulder, rotator cuff injury, rotator cuff tear, shoulder instability, osteoarthritis of the shoulder, adhesive shoulder capsulitis, traumatic shoulder arthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis at our clinic.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
肩関節周囲の骨折または肩関節脱臼の者。上記診断で手術を実施した者。他院にてリハビリテーションを実施していた者。情報公開文書を通じて本研究への参加の拒否を表明した者。その他、研究責任者が不適と判断した者。

Individuals with fractures around the shoulder joint or shoulder dislocation.Individuals who underwent surgery based on the aforementioned diagnoses.Individuals who received rehabilitation at other facilities for the aforementioned diagnoses.Individuals who expressed refusal to participate in this study through information disclosure documents.Individuals deemed unsuitable by the principal investigator.
