急性心筋梗塞後患者において、交感神経・β受容体関連バイオマーカーと、心拍数推移、左室リモデリング指標および心不全関連イベントとの関連を、β遮断薬治療に着目して探索的に検討することを目的とする。

The purpose of this study is to exploratorily investigate the association between sympathetic nervous system- and beta-adrenergic receptor-related biomarkers, heart rate trajectory, left ventricular remodeling indices, and heart failure-related events, with a focus on beta-blocker therapy, in patients after acute myocardial infarction.

・同意取得時において年齢が18歳以上の患者
・急性心筋梗塞後にβ遮断薬を新規に導入した患者
・本試験の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な視界の上、本人の自由意思による分所同意が得られた患者

Patients who are 18 years of age or older at the time of consent.
Patients diagnosed Acute myocardial infarction introduced to beta-blocker.
Patients who have been fully informed of the study and who have given written consent of their own free will.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

・服薬アドヒアランスが顕著に悪い患者
・進行癌の患者
・自己免疫疾患を持つ患者
・主治医等が不適当と判断した患者

Patients with a history of autoimmune disease.
Patients deemed inappropriate by the attending physician, etc.

急性心筋梗塞後にβ遮断薬を新規に導入した患者

【除外基準】
