選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
(1) 手術検体で組織学的に非小細胞肺癌と診断されている
(2) 以下のいずれかを満たす
(a) 2018年1月～2021年12月に手術が施行され、手術検体を用いてIHC法によるALK検査が実施されている
(b) 2022年1月～2025年12月に手術が施行され、手術検体を用いてAmoyDxが実施されている

(1) Histologically diagnosed as non-small cell lung cancer using surgically resected specimens.
(2) Meeting one of the following conditions:
(a) Surgery was performed between January 2018 and December 2021, and ALK testing by IHC was conducted using surgical specimens.
(b) Surgery was performed between January 2022 and December 2025, and ALK testing by the AmoyDx assay was conducted using surgical specimens.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

(1) 研究対象者（または代諾者等）から研究参加を希望しない旨の申し出があった場合
(2) 残された切除標本において、追加のIHC検査が出来ない症例（検体量の不足など）

(1) Cases in which the study participant (or a legally authorized representative) expressed a wish not to participate in the study.
(2) Cases unable to undergo additional IHC testing because of insufficient remaining specimen material.
