変形性膝関節症において、半月板逸脱高度群と半月板逸脱軽度/なし群の半月板組織から RNA-seq を実施し、細胞サブセット構成、遺伝子発現プロファイル、シグナルネットワークの差異を明らかにし、半月板逸脱の分子・細胞メカニズムを解明すること。

In osteoarthritis of the knee, RNA-seq will be performed on meniscal tissue from groups with severe meniscal extrusion and groups with mild/no meniscal extrusion to clarify differences in cell subset composition, gene expression profiles, and signaling networks, thereby elucidating the molecular and cellular mechanisms of meniscal extrusion.

変形性膝関節症患者
年齢が60歳以上70歳未満。性別は女性。
研究参加について、研究対象者本人から文書による同意が得られている。

Patients with osteoarthritis of the knee
Age 60 to under 70. Female.
Written informed consent obtained from the research participant.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
慢性関節リウマチ、結晶性関節炎など炎症性関節疾患
感染性関節炎の既往
過去に同膝に広範囲半月板切除または人工関節置換を受けた例
重篤な全身合併症で研究参加が不適切と判断される例

Inflammatory joint diseases such as chronic rheumatoid arthritis and crystal-induced arthritis
History of infectious arthritis
Cases in which the same knee has undergone extensive meniscectomy or artificial joint replacement in the past
Cases where participation in the study is deemed inappropriate due to severe systemic complications
