本研究は、ウェアラブルデバイス活動量計を装着した就労男性に座位行動時間短縮を目指した保健指導を行うことによってLOH症候群が改善するのか、その効果について検証することを目的とする。

The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of health guidance aimed at reducing sedentary time among working men wearing wearable activity trackers, and to determine whether such guidance improves LOH syndrome.
