選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
・脳梗塞、脳出血と診断され、発症後10日以上経過している者
・日本語によるコミュニケーションが可能な者
・十分な説明を受け、研究内容を理解し、本人の意思による同意を得られる者
・全身状態が安定し、主治医が参加可能と判断した者

Participants diagnosed with cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage, and more than 10 days post-onset
Participants who are capable of communicating in Japanese
Participants who have received sufficient explanation about the study, understand its content, and provide voluntary informed consent
Participants whose general condition is stable and whose physician that participation is feasible

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・人工呼吸管理や持続気道陽圧療法・酸素療法など呼吸療法を要する者
・すでに睡眠時呼吸障害の診断を受け、治療を受けている者
・人工透析を受けている者
・持続する心房細動がある者
・心臓ペースメーカーを植え込んでいる者
・失語症と診断された者
・その他、研究者が不適当と判断した者

Participants requiring respiratory therapy, such as mechanical ventilation, continuous positive airway pressure, or oxygen therapy
Participants who were already diagnosed as sleep-disordered breathing and treated
Participants with hemodialysis
Participants with persistent atrial fibrillation
Participants with a cardiac pacemaker
Participants with aphasia
Participants deemed unsuitable for enrollment in this study by the investigator for any other reason
