1. 放射線治療を受ける頭頚部がん患者
2. 症状の予測（予測モデルの構築・予測因子の特定）をしていること
3. 採用する研究デザインは以下とする
・観察研究（前向き後ろ向きコホート、横断研究）
・介入研究（RCTや非ランダム化比較試験）、二次解析を含む

2. Studies that predict symptoms (by constructing predictive models or identifying predictive factors)
3. The research designs to be adopted are as follows:
(1) Observational studies (prospective and retrospective cohort studies, cross-sectional studies)
(2) Intervention studies (including RCTs and non-randomized controlled trials), as well as secondary analyses

2. Surgery alone or anticancer drug therapy alone

1.　検索方法
頭頚部がんに対する放射線療法の副作用に関する予測因子および予測モデルを特定するために網羅的に文献検索を実施する。文献検索には、電子データベースである、Pubmed, CINAHL, PsycInfo, Cochran Library, 医中誌web版ver.5を用いて、2010年1月1日から2026年5月15日までの期間に報告されたすべての文献について検索する。キーワードは、「頭頚部がん」「症状」「予測」に関連したキーワードを用いて検索を行う予定である。
2.　スクリーニング方法
2名の研究者がそれぞれ独立して選定基準をもとに独立してスクリーニングを行い、採用論文を確定する。スクリーニングの評価が研究者間で異なる場合は、研究者間の協議のもと採否を決定し、意見が収束しない場合には、第３者との議論によって採否を決定する。

1. Data sources and strategy
We will conduct a scoping review to identify predictive factors and predictive models for the side effects of radiation therapy for head and neck cancer. This scoping review will be conducted using the electronic databases, PubMed, CINAHL, PsycInfo, the Cochrane Library, and Ichushi Web version 5. The search will use keywords related to "head and neck cancer," "symptoms," and "prediction" across all literature to identify studies published between January 1, 2010, and May 15, 2026.
2. Selection of studies in the included studies
Two review authors will independently assess whether studies meet the inclusion criteria. Any discrepancies in study selection will be resolved through discussion with a third author.
