本研究は、富山大学附属病院呼吸器外科において施行された肺癌手術症例のデータベースを構築し、手術成績、周術期管理および予後に関連する因子を検討することを目的とする。また、本データベースを基盤として、将来的な肺癌診療の質向上および臨床研究基盤の整備に寄与することを目指す。

The purpose of this study is to establish a database of patients who underwent surgery for lung cancer at the Department of Thoracic Surgery, University of Toyama Hospital, and to investigate factors associated with surgical outcomes, perioperative management, and prognosis. Furthermore, this database is intended to contribute to future improvements in the quality of lung cancer care and to the development of a clinical research infrastructure.

Cases of lung cancer who underwent surgery at the Department of Thoracic Surgery, Toyama University Hospital, from January 1, 2022, within the research period.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

以下のいずれかに該当する症例は、本研究の対象から除外する。
肺癌以外の疾患に対する手術症例
診療録情報が不十分で、研究に必要な情報の収集が困難な症例
研究への情報利用について拒否の申し出があった症例

The following cases will be excluded from this study:
Surgical cases for diseases other than lung cancer
Cases with insufficient medical record information, making it difficult to collect the necessary information for the study
Cases in which the patient has requested refusal to have their information used for the study

本研究は、富山大学附属病院呼吸器外科において肺癌に対する手術を受けた患者を対象とした単施設・後ろ向き観察研究である。通常診療で得られた診療情報を用いてREDCapによる症例データベースを構築し、手術成績、周術期管理および予後に関連する因子について検討を行う。

This study is a single-center retrospective observational study including patients who underwent surgery for lung cancer at the Department of Thoracic Surgery, University of Toyama Hospital. A clinical database will be constructed using routinely collected medical information in REDCap, and factors associated with surgical outcomes, perioperative management, and prognosis will be investigated.
