本研究は，地域高齢者を対象とした継続的運動支援事業「マリアンナ筋力アップ教室」において通常取得される体力測定，体組成測定および質問紙調査等の各種データを用い，それらの分布，経時的変化，および相互の関連性を観察的に分析する探索的研究である．これにより，高齢者における身体機能指標の特徴や，各測定項目間の関連性を明らかにし，今後の運動支援事業の実施および評価方法に関する基礎的知見を得ることを目的とする．

To explore the distribution, longitudinal changes, and associations among physical function, body composition, and questionnaire variables routinely collected in the "Marianna Muscle Strengthening Program" for community-dwelling older adults, and to generate fundamental evidence for the implementation and evaluation of exercise support programs.

マリアンナ筋力アップ教室において測定される体組成指標および身体機能指標の変化および関連性（体重，体脂肪率，筋量，SMI，30秒イス立ち上がり，開眼片足立ち，長座体前屈，握力，歩行速度）

Changes and associations in body composition and physical function indicators, including body weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, skeletal muscle index (SMI), 30-second chair stand test, one-leg standing test, sit-and-reach test, grip strength, and gait speed.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

川崎市在住または在勤の65歳以上の高齢者で，「マリアンナ筋力アップ教室」に参加し，教室で通常実施される各種測定を受けた者のうち，研究計画で定める同意手続き（オプトアウトまたは文書同意）に基づき研究利用が可能であり，解析対象項目に欠測のないデータを有する者．
なお，教室参加者は応募期間中の申込みに基づき選定し，応募多数の場合は抽選により決定する．

Adults aged 65 years or older living or working in Kawasaki City who participate in the "Marianna Muscle Strengthening Program," have routine program measurement data available, are eligible for research use according to protocol-defined consent procedures (opt-out or written informed consent), and have no missing data in analysis variables.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

研究計画で定める研究利用手続き（オプトアウトまたは文書同意）により研究利用が認められなかった者，ならびに測定日当日の欠席，中止，辞退その他の理由により解析対象となる測定項目に欠測を認める者．
