Participants diagnosed with Gastrocnemius Myofascial Pain Syndrome, aged 18 years or older, with active trigger points in the gastrocnemius muscle, and willing to participate in the study.

Participants with a history of lower limb fracture or surgery, neurological disorders, systemic musculoskeletal disease, skin lesions in the intervention area, or contraindications to manual therapy.
