目的/Objectives

日本語
本研究では、歯科治療へ不安を抱く患者に静脈内鎮静下での安全な歯科治療環境を構築することを目的として、患者の術前不安と鎮静中の自律神経変動の関連性を解析する。本研究がもたらす結果は、歯科治療前に心理テストを行うことによって、静脈内鎮静中の自律神経 変動の予測が可能となり、安全な歯科治療環境を確立することにつながる可能性がある。

This study aims to create a safe dental treatment environment under intravenous sedation for patients who are anxious about dental treatment by analyzing the relationship between patients' pre-operative anxiety and autonomic nervous system fluctuations during sedation. The results of this study may suggest that conducting psychological tests before dental treatment may allow for the prediction of autonomic nervous system fluctuations during intravenous sedation, potentially leading to the establishment of a safe dental treatment environment.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

心臓血管障害、糖尿病、自律神経系に影響を及ぼす他の病歴を有する患者、喫煙者、薬を服用している患者

英語
Patients with a history of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, or other conditions affecting the autonomic nervous system, smokers, and patients taking medications.
