認知症予防教室や認知症カフェや認知症本人ミーティングの実践や研究および高齢者の生きがいや健康づくり支援や介護予防などの実践・研究に5年以上関わっている専門職（医師，看護師，作業療法士など）

研究デザイン
介入を伴わない質的研究
研究のアウトライン
文献調査やインタビューなどに基づいて作成した項目プールから内容妥当性の高い項目を抽出する. デルファイ法を用いて，認知症予防や高齢者支援の実践をしている医師, 看護師, 作業療法士などで協議して, 評価項目を決定する.
実施するデルファイ法は，COSMIN methodology for assessing the content validity of PROMs の Instructions for evaluating the content validity of PROMs の Step1：Evaluate the quality of the PROM development, using COSMINで示された基準に沿って実施する．

Study Design
Qualitative research without intervention
Research Outline
Items with high content validity will be selected from a pool of items developed based on literature reviews and interviews. Using the Delphi method, evaluation items will be determined through discussions among physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and others engaged in dementia prevention and elderly care.
The Delphi method will be conducted in accordance with Step 1 of the COSMIN methodology for evaluating the content validity of PROMs.
