地域の健康チェックイベントおよび所属大学の大学生、所属施設のスタッフで同意の得られた健常者

Healthy individuals who consented, including participants at local health check events, university students from the affiliated university, and staff from the affiliated facility
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

神経筋疾患などの筋量および筋力に影響を及ぼす疾患を有する者
ペースメーカーなどの植え込み電極施術者
疾患や体調不良により体力測定が実施できない者

Individuals with diseases affecting muscle mass and strength, such as neuromuscular disorders
Individuals with implanted electrode devices such as pacemakers
Individuals unable to undergo physical fitness testing due to illness or poor health
