本研究では介入前測定をT1、介入群の介入終了後測定をT2、対照群の介入終了後測定をT3と定義する。25m走・立ち幅跳び・テニスボール投げの各測定記録、および動作発達段階（中村ら2011の5段階分類）・粗大運動発達テスト第3版スコアの群間変化（T1→T2）。

In this study, T1 is defined as the pre-intervention assessment, T2 as the post-intervention assessment for the intervention group, and T3 as the post-intervention assessment for the control group. Changes in motor performance records (25-m sprint, standing long jump, and tennis ball throw), movement development stages (5-level classification by Nakamura et al., 2011), and Test of Gross Motor Development-Third Edition scores between groups (T1 to T2).

疾走・投球に関しては、動作発達段階に基づく運動指導を行う。中村ら（2011）の5段階の動作発達分類および粗大運動発達テスト第3版に基づき、各幼児の発達段階に応じた疾走・投球動作の改善を促す構造化された運動遊びを実施する。加えて、疾走・投球の要素が組み込まれた非構造的な遊びも合わせて実施する。跳躍に関しては、多様で身近な道具を用いた遊び環境づくりを行う。具体的には新聞紙・フープ・ゴム・風船等の身近な道具を用いたサーキット遊び・集団遊びを実施する。週2-3回・各40分・6週間。

Motor instruction based on movement development stages will be provided for sprinting and throwing. Structured movement play designed to improve sprinting and throwing motor patterns in accordance with each child's developmental stage will be implemented, based on the 5-level movement development classification by Nakamura et al. (2011) and the Test of Gross Motor Development, Third Edition. In addition, unstructured play incorporating sprinting and throwing elements will also be conducted. For jumping, play environment creation using diverse everyday materials will be provided. Specifically, circuit play and group play using everyday materials such as newspapers, hoops, rubber bands, and balloons will be implemented. Frequency: 2-3 sessions per week, 40 minutes per session, for 6 weeks.

対照群は介入群の介入期間中（T1→T2）、通常の保育プログラムのみを継続する。T2測定後に介入群と同一の介入プログラムを実施する。

During the intervention period of the intervention group (T1 to T2), the control group will continue only the usual childcare program. After the T2 assessment, the same intervention program as the intervention group will be implemented.

【共変量】施設レベルの共変量として屋外遊具数・敷地面積・提供玩具数・自由遊び時間を、個人レベルの共変量として出生時体重・在胎週数・きょうだいの有無・睡眠時間・朝食摂取の有無・身体活動量・スクリーンタイム・習い事の有無・主な遊び場所・玩具所有数・ボール所有の有無・保護者の運動頻度・保護者の体力自己評価を事前に収集し、必要に応じて解析モデルに投入する。共変量の選択基準はベースラインでの群間差の有無とし、本登録により事前に明示する。
【統計解析】運動記録および粗大運動発達テスト第3版スコアについては、正規性の確認を行ったうえで線形混合モデルまたはノンパラメトリック検定を用いる。動作発達段階（順序尺度）には順序ロジスティック回帰を主解析とし、線形混合モデルを感度分析として併用する。有意水準5%・R（最新安定版）を使用する。

[Covariates] Facility-level covariates (number of outdoor play equipment, site area, number of toys provided, and free play time) and individual-level covariates (birth weight, gestational age, presence of siblings, sleep duration, breakfast consumption, physical activity, screen time, extracurricular activities, primary play location, number of toys owned, ball ownership, parental exercise frequency, and parental self-rated physical fitness) will be collected in advance and incorporated into the analysis model as needed. Covariate selection criteria will be pre-specified in this registration based on between-group differences at baseline.
[Statistical analysis] For motor performance records and Test of Gross Motor Development-Third Edition scores, normality will be assessed and either Linear Mixed Model or non-parametric tests will be applied accordingly. For movement development stages (ordinal scale), ordinal logistic regression will be used as the primary analysis, with Linear Mixed Model as a sensitivity analysis. Significance level: 5%; Software: R (latest stable version).
