選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1)採血実施日に健康管理室へ来所可能な不二製油株式会社の直接雇用社員である者
2)研究参加について本人から文書で同意が得られている者
3)日本語による意思疎通が可能である者

1)Employees directly employed by Fuji Oil Co., Ltd. who are able to visit the health management office on the scheduled blood sampling day.
2)Individuals who have provided written informed consent to participate in the study.
3)Individuals who are able to communicate in Japanese.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1)糖尿病、脂質代謝異常症の服薬指導を受けている者(食事・運動療法のみの場合は可)
2)採血時および採血後に気分が悪くなる、血圧が低下するなどの異常を経験したことがある者
3)大豆や白樺、カカオなど、食物アレルギーがある者
4)その他、本試験への参加を原産業医が不適格とした者

1)Individuals receiving pharmacological treatment for diabetes mellitus or dyslipidemia
(those receiving only dietary and/or exercise therapy are eligible).
2)Individuals who have experienced abnormal symptoms such as feeling unwell or a drop in blood pressure during or after blood collection
3)Individuals with food allergies, including allergy to soybeans, birch pollen, cocoa, etc.
4)Other individuals deemed ineligible for this study by an occupational physician
