月桃精油を用い、対象者の寝室においてディフューザーにより芳香刺激を行う。介入期間は4週間とし、毎日就寝時に芳香暴露を実施する。

Alpinia zerumbet essential oil will be used to provide aromatic stimulation via a diffuser in the participants bedrooms. The intervention period will last four weeks, with aromatic exposure administered daily at bedtime.
