日本語
保健師が日常業務の中で、研究者と協働して個別課題から地域課題へと思考を展開するカンファレンスを職場内教育として実施する。そして、その介入が保健師の思考過程の可視化及び共有を促進し、職場における実践として定着・展開できるかを明らかにすること。個別課題から地域課題へと思考を展開する過程における阻害要因と促進要因を明らかにし、職場内教育モデルとしての有効性と多様な保健活動場面での実施可能性を検証する。

We will conduct On the job training in the form of conferences where public health nurses collaborate with researchers to expand their thinking from individual issues to community wide challenges as part of their daily work. The aim is to determine whether this intervention promotes the visualization and sharing of public health nurses thought processes and whether it can be established and expanded as a standard practice within the workplace.
We will identify the barriers and facilitators involved in shifting ones thinking from individual level issues to community level issues, and verify the effectiveness of this approach as a workplace education model as well as its feasibility in a variety of public health settings.
