(取り込み基準）
2017年4月1日～2026年4月30日に茨城県立医療大学付属病院の障害者病棟、回復期病棟に入院しリハビリテーションを実施した脊髄損傷者（外傷性/非外傷性）とする。
脊髄損傷発症後、1-3ヶ月以内に当院に入院したものとする。
(除外基準）
オプトアウトを行い、本研究に関して研究ヘの協力を希望しない意思を示した者とする。

（統計解析）
１．既存脊髄損傷者歩行CPMの外的検証
既存CPMの識別は、Receiver Operating Characteristic Curve (ROC)、Area Under the Curve (AUC)を用いる。データの適合度はCalibration plotを用いて視覚的に評価する。臨床有用性は陽性的中率、陰性的中率から評価する。
２．新規脊髄損傷者歩行CPMの開発
脊髄損傷者の歩行自立/非自立を目的変数としたロジスティック回帰分析を実施する。決定木分析などを用いて、歩行予後に関する因子の階層構造を探索する。モデル性能をROC、AUCを算出し評価する。

(Inclusion criteria)
Individuals with spinal cord injury (traumatic or non-traumatic) who were admitted to the disability ward or convalescent rehabilitation ward of Ibaraki Prefectural University of Health Sciences Hospital and received rehabilitation between April 1, 2017 and April 30, 2026 will be included.
Participants admitted to our hospital within 1-3 months after the onset of spinal cord injury will be included.

(Exclusion criteria)
Individuals who opted out and expressed unwillingness to participate in this study will be excluded.

(Statistical analysis)

External validation of existing clinical prediction models (CPMs) for walking independence in individuals with spinal cord injury
The discrimination performance of existing CPMs will be evaluated using the Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve and the Area Under the Curve (AUC). Model calibration will be assessed using calibration plots. In addition, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value will be calculated.
Development of a novel clinical prediction model for walking independence in individuals with spinal cord injury
Logistic regression analysis will be performed with walking independence/dependence as the dependent variable. In addition, decision tree analysis will be conducted to explore the hierarchical structure of factors associated with walking prognosis. Model performance will be evaluated using the ROC curve and AUC.
