健常者を対象に弾性ストッキング装着前後における下腿皮膚・皮下組織および骨格筋の構造的および生理学的変化を、定量MRI指標を用いて評価することである。

The purpose of this study is to evaluate structural and physiological changes in the skin, subcutaneous tissue, and skeletal muscle of the lower leg before and after wearing compression stockings in healthy volunteer, using quantitative MRI measures.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. 同意取得時の年齢が18歳以上35歳以下の者
2. 下腿に明らかな浮腫、皮膚疾患、外傷等を有さない者
3. 弾性ストッキングを装着可能な者
4. MR検査を受ける事に同意し、かつMR検査における安全性が担保できる者

1. Individuals aged 18 to 35 at the time of consent
2. Individuals without obvious edema, skin conditions, or injuries on the lower legs
3. Individuals capable of wearing compression stockings
4. Individuals who consent to undergoing an MRI examination and for whom safety during the MRI examination can be ensured
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1. 過去の手術等により体内に金属デバイス等を有する者、閉所恐怖症などMR検査が困難な者
2. 下肢静脈血栓症、重度の末梢動脈疾患、圧迫療法が禁忌となる疾患を有する者
3. 妊娠中または妊娠の可能性がある者
4. 研究責任者が不適当と判断した者
5. 本研究への参加の同意を撤回された者
英語
1. Individuals with metal devices or other foreign objects in their bodies due to past surgeries, or those for whom an MRI scan is difficult due to conditions such as claustrophobia
2. Individuals with deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs, severe peripheral arterial disease, or conditions for which compression therapy is contraindicated
3. Pregnant women or women who may be pregnant
4. Individuals deemed unsuitable by the principal investigator
5. Individuals who have withdrawn their consent to participate in this study
