ツカザキ病院に通院中の患者において、点眼瓶に装着した加速度センサーによる点眼動作判定が、実際に点眼薬が眼内に入ったことをどの程度反映しているかを評価する。

The objective of this study is to evaluate the accuracy of an eye-drop bottle sensor in detecting eye-drop instillation behavior by determining whether eye drops actually enter the eye when the sensor classifies the action as eye-drop instillation behavior.

点眼瓶センサーが「点眼動作あり」と判定した場合に、実際に点眼薬が眼に入っているかを0.2%フルオレセイン点眼薬およびコンタクトレンズの着色の有無により評価し、点眼瓶センサーによる点眼動作判定の精度を再評価する。

Observational study or interventional study: to be confirmed. Because 0.2% fluorescein ophthalmic solution is administered for research purposes, registration as an interventional study may be more appropriate.

保護用コンタクトレンズの装用と、レンズの染色による判定。実際は、点眼前後に眼表面を細隙灯で撮影し、角膜・結膜・涙液メニスカスのフルオレセインで判定しています。

Use of a protective contact lens and assessment based on lens staining. In practice, the ocular surface is photographed using slit-lamp microscopy before and after eye-drop instillation, and the cornea, conjunctiva, and tear meniscus are evaluated using fluorescein staining.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
「コンタクトレンズ装用が困難または不適切」。原稿の除外基準は、フルオレセインへの過敏症、活動性の結膜炎、重度の角膜上皮障害、眼感染症、その他手技に支障のある状態です。

Difficulty with or inappropriateness of contact lens wear. Exclusion criteria in the manuscript included hypersensitivity to fluorescein, active conjunctivitis, severe corneal epithelial damage, ocular infection, or any other condition that could interfere with the procedure.
