主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

トレッドミル歩行中のエネルギー消費量。各5分間の歩行条件中にbreath by breath法で酸素摂取量および二酸化炭素排出量を測定し、エネルギー消費量を算出した。主要解析には180から300秒の区間を用いた。

Energy expenditure during treadmill walking. Oxygen uptake and carbon dioxide production were measured using a breath by breath system during each 5 minute walking condition, and energy expenditure was calculated. The primary analysis used the period from 180 to 300 seconds.

Vib-Off条件。参加者は振動刺激が生じない状態の市販靴を着用し、トレッドミル歩行を5分間実施した。本条件は参照条件とした。各条件間には2分間の立位休息を設けた。

Vib-Off condition. Participants wore the commercial shoes without perceivable plantar vibration and performed treadmill walking for 5 minutes. This condition served as the reference condition. A 2 minute standing rest interval was provided between conditions.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

18歳以上30歳以下の健常女性であり、トレッドミル上を自立して歩行可能で、本研究への参加について文書による同意を得られた者。

Healthy women aged 18 to 30 years who were able to walk independently on a treadmill and provided written informed consent to participate in the study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
筋骨格系疾患、神経疾患、循環器疾患、呼吸器疾患、その他トレッドミル歩行または呼気ガス測定に影響を及ぼす可能性のある疾患を有する者、または研究責任者が参加不適当と判断した者。

Participants with musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular, respiratory, or other medical conditions that could affect treadmill walking or respiratory gas measurements, or those judged by the investigators to be unsuitable for participation, were excluded.
