1) 外来担当医（脳神経内科専門医）がパーキンソン病として診療している患者
2) 主治医がアンケートに回答できる身体的，精神的状況であると判断した患者

1) Patients diagnosed and treated as Parkinson's disease by the attending physician (neurologist) at the outpatient clinic
2) Patients whom the attending physician determines to be in adequate physical and mental condition to complete the questionnaire

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 認知機能の低下等により，設問の理解および正確な回答が困難な患者
2 視力障害，上肢の運動機能障害等の身体的理由により，回答が困難な者

1) Patients who have difficulty understanding the questions or providing accurate responses due to cognitive decline or other reasons
2) Patients who have difficulty completing the questionnaire due to physical reasons such as visual impairment or upper limb motor dysfunction

本研究は、外来通院中のパーキンソン病患者を対象に、非運動症状の認識および医療者への相談行動の実態を明らかにする横断的記述研究である。自記式質問紙を用いて、症状の有無、症状をパーキンソン病によるものと認識しているか、および医療者への相談の有無を調査する。
