目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
当院の小児神経疾患と診断された児を対象とし、発病してから診断された症例や未発症で診断された症例などおいてその臨床像や治療反応性、長期予後など相違について後方視的に調査研究する。疾患予後を左右する因子を検討し、今後のより良い診療体制やガイドラインを作成に寄与することを目的とする。

This retrospective study will investigate differences in clinical presentation, treatment response, and long-term prognosis among children diagnosed with pediatric neurological disorders at our hospital, including cases diagnosed after the onset of symptoms and cases diagnosed before symptoms appeared. The aim is to examine factors influencing disease prognosis and contribute to the development of better medical care systems and guidelines for the future.

当院に通院中の小児神経疾患と診断された患者
対象疾患：脊髄性筋萎縮症、脊髄小脳変性症、重症筋無力症、筋ジストロフィー、先天性ミオパチー、てんかん、結節性硬化症、急性脳炎・脳症、低酸素性虚血性脳症、神経発達症、ミトコンドリア病、先天代謝異常症、遺伝性ジストニア、染色体異常症、脆弱X症候群、先天奇形症候群、神経発達症、慢性疲労症候群、起立調節性障害、Long COVIDなど。

Patients diagnosed with pediatric neurological disorders who are receiving treatment at our hospital:
Target diseases: Spinal muscular atrophy, spinocerebellar degeneration, myasthenia gravis, muscular dystrophy, congenital myopathy, epilepsy, tuberous sclerosis, acute encephalitis/encephalopathy, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, neurodevelopmental disorders, mitochondrial diseases, congenital metabolic disorders, hereditary dystonia, chromosomal abnormalities, fragile X syndrome, congenital malformation syndromes, neurodevelopmental disorders, chronic fatigue syndrome, orthostatic dysregulation, Long COVID, etc.
