日本語
持続性心房細動に対するパルスフィールドアブレーション（PFA）を行う際に、フラワー型オリーブ型を用いて肺静脈隔離と左房後壁隔離方法が、通常のバスケット型、フラワー型、オリーブ型を用いて行う方法と比べて非劣性であること、血液溶解・急性腎障害が少ないことを示すことを目的とする。

The aim of this study is to demonstrate that pulmonary vein isolation and left atrial posterior wall isolation using flower and olive configurations for pulsed-field ablation (PFA) in persistent atrial fibrillation is non-inferior to the conventional approach using basket, flower, and olive configurations, and is associated with less hemolysis and acute kidney injury.
