本調査では、以下の項目について探索的に評価する。
1. 回答者の診療背景および肝硬変診療の実態
2. 栄養療法に対する意識および関連ガイドラインの認知状況
3. 栄養評価およびサルコペニア評価の実施状況
4. 食事療法（分割食・LES）の実施状況
5. BCAA顆粒および肝不全用経腸栄養剤の処方実態
6. 栄養管理体制および管理栄養士との連携状況

The following items will be explored descriptively in this survey.
1. Clinical backgrounds of respondents and routine clinical practice for liver cirrhosis
2. Awareness of nutritional therapy and relevant clinical guidelines
3. Current practices of nutritional and sarcopenia assessments
4. Current practices of dietary therapy, including divided meals and late evening snack (LES)
5. Prescribing practices of BCAA granules and enteral nutritional formulas for hepatic failure
6. Status of nutritional management systems and collaboration with dietitians

株式会社クロス・マーケティングの調査協力パネルに登録されている医師で、本調査への参加に同意が得られた方。なお、日常診療において肝硬変患者を診療している医師を対象とする。

Physicians registered with the survey panel managed by Cross Marketing Inc. who have provided informed consent to participate in this survey. In addition, eligible participants are physicians who routinely manage patients with liver cirrhosis in their daily clinical practice.

本研究は、Webアンケート調査により得られた回答データを用いて、肝硬変診療における栄養療法の認識、評価方法、処方および栄養管理体制の実態を記述的かつ探索的に整理する観察研究である。介入や有効性の検証を目的としたものではなく、日常診療における実態把握を目的とする。

This study is an observational, web-based questionnaire survey designed to descriptively and exploratorily characterize current practices related to nutritional therapy for liver cirrhosis, including physicians' awareness, assessment methods, prescribing practices, and nutritional management systems. This study does not aim to evaluate the effectiveness of any intervention but to describe routine clinical practice.
