本研究は、地域在住成人を対象に、ウェアラブルデバイスで取得した生活習慣関連データ（身体活動量、睡眠、心拍数等）と認知機能（MMSE-J）との関連を検討する観察研究である。あわせて、ウェアラブルデバイスの受容性、データ取得率などの実現可能性およびデータ品質について評価する。

This observational study examines the association between wearable-derived lifestyle data (physical activity, sleep, heart rate, etc.) and cognitive function (MMSE-J) in community-dwelling adults. In addition, the feasibility, data quality, and acceptability of wearable devices are evaluated.
