① カモフラージュメイクによるQOL向上を評価するDLQIを評価する。
② 評価時期は、施術前と自宅での継続使用2週間後とする。

The Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) will be used to evaluate improvements in quality of life associated with camouflage makeup.
Assessments will be conducted before the intervention and after two weeks of continued use at home.

美容技術者によるカバー用専用ファンデーションを用いたカモフラージュメイクの施術および指導を実施する。対象者はその指導に基づき日常生活において自己施術を行い、自宅で2週間継続使用する。

Participants will receive camouflage makeup application and instruction from trained cosmetology specialists using a dedicated cover foundation. Based on this guidance, they will perform self-application in daily life and continue use at home for two weeks.

尋常性白斑・顔、首、手の露光部
(2)年齢
15歳以上とするが、18歳未満の場合は、親権者の同意を必須とする
(3)性別
性別による選別は行わない
(4)研究参加について、本人の文書による同意が得られた者
カモフラージュメイクを希望され皮膚科白斑外来を受診した患者

Disease/site: Vitiligo affecting exposed areas (face, neck, and hands)
Age: 15 years or older; for participants under 18 years of age, parental consent is required
Sex: No restriction
Patients who have provided written informed consent to participate in the study and who attended a dermatology vitiligo clinic seeking camouflage makeup
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
(1) 化粧によるアレルギー歴がある、又はアレルギー反応が見られた者
(2) 今後、追加手術が予定されている患者
(3) インフォームド・コンセントを与える能力を欠くと客観的に判断される患者

History of allergy to cosmetics or presence of allergic reactions
Patients scheduled to undergo additional surgery
Patients who are objectively judged to lack the capacity to provide informed consent
