選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1) 同意取得時において年齢が20歳以上85歳未満の者
2) 頸髄損傷(C3-C6)発症から1ヶ月以内の初発入院
3) ASIA impairment scale (AIS) A-C判定, 上肢key muscle2つ以上が重度麻痺(MMT 1-2/5)
4) 意識レベルJapan Coma Scaleで1桁
5) 認知機能低下がなく(mini-mental state estimation (MMSE)>24)、本研究の参加にあたり十分な説明を行った後、十分な理解の上、本人の自由意思による文書同意が 得られた者
6) 病状安定, 重度の低血圧がない
7) 介入側上肢の骨折や切断を伴わない

1)Aged 20 years or older and less than 85 years
2)Within 1 month of injury onset
3)ASIA impairment scale A-C and severe key muscles disabilities of upper extremity correspond to MMT 1-2/5
4)JCS level I
5)Patients with no cognitive impairment (Mini-Mental State Examination [MMSE] > 24) who provide written informed consent voluntarily based on a full understanding of the study after receiving a detailed explanation regarding participation.
6)Stable physical state, and normal blood pressure
7)No fracture of target extremities

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 体内金属(含pacemaker等)
2) 重篤な心疾患の既往(心筋梗塞、狭心症、弁膜症、不整脈等)
3) てんかん既往
4) 妊娠あるいはその可能性がある女性
5) 精神神経疾患既往,全身状態不安定.
6) 文書による同意を得られなかった者、同意撤回した者
7) その他、研究責任者が不適と判断した者

1)Metallic implants in the body (including pacemakers, etc.)
2)Severe cardiac disease (myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, valvular disease, arrhythmia, etc.)
3)History of epilepsy
4)Pregnant or may be pregnant
5)Psychiatric or neurological disorders, or unstable general condition
6)Individuals who did not provide written informed consent or who withdrew consent
7)Individuals deemed unsuitable for the study by the principal investigator
