本研究は単施設前向き観察研究である。限局性膵管狭窄を有する患者を対象とし、通常診療としてROSE併用膵管擦過細胞診を施行した後、ENPD留置下にSPACEを行う。同一症例内において、ROSE併用膵管擦過細胞診、SPACE、および両者併用時の診断能を評価する。

This is a single-center prospective observational study. Patients with localized pancreatic duct stricture are enrolled, and pancreatic duct brushing cytology with ROSE is performed as part of routine clinical practice, followed by SPACE using ENPD. Diagnostic performance of ROSE-assisted brushing cytology, SPACE, and their combination are evaluated within the same patients.
