市中病院（医院）に通院する生活習慣病患者を対象に市中薬局を事業拠点としてインターバル速歩の有効性を検証する。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria
日本語
1) 市中病院（医院）で生活習慣病と診断され、過去６カ月以上、２カ月に１回以上の頻度で通院中の患者
2) 歩行可能な者
3) 担当医師の許可が得られた者
4) 本研究への参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、本人の自由意思に基づき文書による同意が得られた者

1) Patients diagnosed with lifestyle related diseases at community hospitals or clinics who have been attending regularly for at least six months, with a visit frequency of at least once every two months.
2) Individuals who are able to walk.
3) Individuals who have obtained approval from their attending physician.
4) Individuals who, after receiving sufficient explanation about this study, have provided written informed consent based on their own free will.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1) 上記、選択基準を満たさない者
2) その他、研究責任者が本研究参加が不可能と判断する者、例えば、呼吸・循環器疾患や関節・骨格筋疾患などを有する者

1) Individuals who do not meet the above inclusion criteria.
2) Individuals whom the principal investigator determines to be unsuitable for participation in this study, such as those with respiratory or cardiovascular diseases, or musculoskeletal or joint disorders.
