1. 血清アルブミン値3.0g/dl未満の低栄養を認める患者
2. 治療中安定して血液流量250ml/min以上を確保できる患者

1. Patients exhibiting malnutrition with serum albumin levels below 3.0 g/dl
2. Patients who can maintain a stable blood flow rate of 250 ml/min or more during treatment
