重症患者とその家族のフォローアップ外来システムを構築し、集中治療室に入室する重症患者の長期予後や機能障害、生活の質等を明らかにすることと重症患者の家族における精神障害等の有無を明らかにすることである。また、それら機能障害や生活の質を低下させるリスク因子の解明を行うこと。

The objective is to establish an outpatient follow-up system for critically ill patients and their families, with the aim of clarifying the long-term prognosis, functional impairments, and quality of life of critically ill patients admitted to the intensive care unit, as well as identifying the presence of mental health disorders among their families. Additionally, the goal is to identify risk factors that contribute to these functional impairments and reduced quality of life.

大阪医科薬科大学病院 救命救急センターに入室した患者とその家族にフォローアップ外来の説明を行い、入院中に外来予約を取り、患者とその家族の自由意志により外来受診をしていただき、通常の一般外来診療の範囲内で患者とその家族の長期予後や機能障害、生活の質等を評価する。

We provide an explanation of the follow-up outpatient program to patients and their families upon admission to the Emergency and Critical Care Center at Osaka University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital.
We schedule outpatient appointments during the patient hospitalization, and patients and their families attend these appointments voluntarily.
Within the scope of routine outpatient care, we assess the patient and their family long-term prognosis, functional impairments, quality of life, and other relevant factors.
