選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1)小学校5年生から中学校3年生までの10歳以上15歳以下
2)学校での辛い体験を背景に不登校（過去１年間に30日以上登校していない）となった者
3)学校での辛い体験がスクリーニング時点で苦痛度30以上
4)本人及び保護者の同意が得られた者
5)琉球大学病院に受診している者
6)インターネット使用環境を有する者（パソコン、スマートフォン、タブレットのいずれか）
7)毎週1回、7週にわたってオンラインプログラムを受けることができる者
8)プログラム中に、緊急時対応のため保護者が自宅内または即時連絡可能な状態で待機できる者
9)日本語を母語とし、日本語による説明を理解し、本人の自由意思による同意が得られる者

1. Children aged 10 to 15 years (from 5th grade of elementary school to 3rd grade of junior high school)
2. Individuals experiencing school refusal (defined as absence from school for 30 or more days in the past year) associated with distressing school experiences
3. A distress level of 30 or higher (on a screening measure) related to school-related distressing experiences
4. Provision of informed consent from both the participant and their parent/guardian
5. Currently receiving care at the University of the Ryukyus Hospital
6. Access to the internet (via computer, smartphone, or tablet)
7. Ability to participate in the online program once a week for seven consecutive weeks
8. Availability of a parent/guardian at home or reachable immediately during sessions for emergency support
9. Native Japanese speakers who are able to understand explanations in Japanese and provide informed consent voluntarily

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)統合失調症を含む精神症、知的能力障害、双極症Ⅰ型、摂食症群、物質使用症、パーソナリティ症の診断を受けたことがある者
2)過去に神経損傷（脳血管障害、脳腫瘍、頭部外傷）の既往がある者
3)切迫した自殺の危険を有する者（PHQ-Aの問9『死んだ方がいい、または自分を何らかの方法で傷つけようと思ったことがある』が2点以上）
4)メンタル不調のために内服をしている処方薬の種類や用量について、プログラム参加時に変更して２ヶ月間未満か、プログラム参加中に変更する予定がある者
5)プログラム参加中に、別の心理療法を受ける予定がある者（スクールカウンセリングを含む）
6)研究者とのコンタクトが困難である者
7)その他、研究責任者又は研究実施者が本試験を安全に実施するのに不適当と判断した者

1. Individuals with a diagnosis of psychotic disorders (including schizophrenia), intellectual disability, bipolar I disorder, eating disorders, substance use disorders, or personality disorders
2. Individuals with a history of neurological injury (e.g., cerebrovascular disease, brain tumor, or traumatic brain injury)
3. Individuals at imminent risk of suicide (defined as a score of 2 or higher on Item 9 of the PHQ-A)
4. Individuals whose type or dosage of prescribed medication for mental health problems has been changed within the past two months at the time of program entry, or who are expected to have changes during the study period
5. Individuals who plan to receive other psychological interventions during the program (including school counseling)
6. Individuals with whom it is difficult to maintain contact
7. Individuals deemed unsuitable for safe participation in this study by the principal investigator or study staff
