目的/Objectives

日本語
骨格筋の電気刺激は、急性的に認知機能を向上させることが報告されているが、その生理学的機序は十分に明らかではない。そこで本研究では、単回の骨格筋電気刺激による認知課題遂行中の神経活動および脳関連血中因子の変化を評価するとともに、その長期的な効果についても検証する。

Electrical muscle stimulation has been reported to acutely enhance cognitive function; however, the underlying physiological mechanisms remain unclear. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate changes in neural activity during cognitive task performance and brain-related blood biomarkers following a single session of electrical muscle stimulation, as well as to examine its long-term effects.

単回の骨格筋への電気刺激実施後、および4週間ならびに8週間の長期介入後に、以下の項目を評価する。
・神経活動
・認知機能
・BDNF・カテプシンB・乳酸・血糖値
・気分
・心拍出量、血圧、心拍数

Individuals without regular exercise habits

・色覚または視覚に異常を有する者
・慢性疾患を有する者
・喫煙歴を有する者
・試験開始前12週間以内に採血を受けた者
・電気刺激の付加に不適切と判断した者

Individuals with visual or color vision impairments
Individuals with chronic diseases
Individuals with a history of smoking
Individuals who have undergone blood sampling within 12 weeks prior to study initiation
Individuals deemed unsuitable for electrical stimulation
