介入は、体幹傾斜トレーニングを通常条件として実施する。ウェッジあり条件は特異的介入として実施し、麻痺側坐骨下にウェッジを挿入して最大体幹側方傾斜トレーニングを行う。

初発脳卒中片麻痺患者、テント上病変である者、口頭による説明と同意が得られた者

Patients with first-ever stroke resulting in hemiplegia
Presence of supratentorial lesions
Individuals who provided informed consent after receiving a verbal explanation
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

その他の理由により、研究代表者または分担者が研究の中止が適当と判断した場合
