本研究の目的は、高強度の有酸素性運動に関して、1回で行なった場合（持続型）と細切れで行なった場合（分散型）の食欲・摂食行動への影響を明らかにすることである。

本研究の趣旨を十分に理解し、プロトコル厳守の意思を持つ者

People who fully understand the purpose of research, risks associated with the research intervention, obligations and consequences of research participation, and her right of withdrawing consent any time during the study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
①外科的障害および内科的疾患により身体活動の実施が困難である者、②急性心筋梗塞などの心疾患の既往・合併のある者、③重篤な肝疾患または腎疾患を合併している者、④糖尿病患者あるいは高血圧患者、⑤手術を予定している者、⑥その他の重篤な疾病または治療からの回復中の者、⑦妊娠中の者、⑧摂食障害等で通常の食事を行うことが困難である者。

People who have concomitant diseases/injuries affecting enforcement of safety physical activity, including 1) with a history of cardiovascular diseases including recent myocardial infarction, 2) severe lever or kidney diseases, 3) hypertension or diabetes mellitus, 4) a person who is scheduled to have an operation (surgery), 5) a patient who is recovering/treatment from/in other serious diseases, 6) during pregnancy, 7) eating disorder.
