本研究では，四肢動脈閉塞圧の20％および80％の血流制限を比較し，制限強度の違いが足関節背屈可動域および下腿三頭筋の筋硬度に及ぼす影響を検討することを目的とする．

This study aimed to compare blood flow restriction at 20% and 80% of arterial occlusion pressure and to investigate the effects of different restriction intensities on ankle dorsiflexion range of motion and triceps surae muscle stiffness.
