目的1/Narrative objectives1

本研究の目的は、神経・精神疾患患者および健康人を対象として、パッチ式脳波計を用いて取得される脳波データを体系的に収集・蓄積し、神経・精神疾患に関する脳波レジストリを構築することである。さらに、収集した脳波データに臨床情報および睡眠関連情報を紐づけ、統計解析および機械学習技術を適用することにより、神経・精神疾患の鑑別および診断技術を探索する。

The objective of this study is to systematically collect and accumulate EEG data obtained using a patch-based EEG device from patients with neurological and psychiatric disorders and from healthy adults, and to construct an EEG registry for neurological and psychiatric disorders. In addition, by linking the collected EEG data with clinical and sleep-related information and applying statistical analysis and machine-learning techniques, we aim to explore differential diagnosis and diagnostic technologies for neurological and psychiatric disorders.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

日本語
EEG計測完遂率および必須項目欠測率。研究参加時のパッチ式脳波計測時点に評価し、外来・入院・在宅の各環境別、ならびに短時間・長時間・終夜の各計測種別に割合（%）で記述する。

EEG measurement completion rate and missing rate of mandatory data items, assessed at the time of patch-based EEG measurement. These outcomes will be described as proportions (%) according to measurement setting (outpatient, inpatient, or home) and measurement type (short-duration, long-duration, or overnight).

1）同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上の者。
2）研究参加に関して文書による同意が得られた者。
3）2026年4月から2030年3月までに研究実施機関を受診または入院した神経・精神疾患患者、または健康人。

1) Adults aged 20 years or older at the time of informed consent.
2) Individuals who provide written informed consent for study participation.
3) Patients with neurological or psychiatric disorders who visit or are admitted to a participating study institution between April 2026 and March 2030, or healthy adults.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1）ペースメーカーなどの体内埋め込み装置のある者。
2）その他、研究責任者または研究分担者が不適当と認めた者。
