介入群は，週1回の頻度で24週間化粧ケア介入を実施する。化粧ケア介入は、日本介護美容セラピスト協会により認定されたビューティータッチセラピストが、協会で定められた方法に則って、対象者一人一人に対して基礎化粧からメーキャップを行う。また、セラピストは毎回同一者が担当し、1回の介入にかかる時間は30分程度である。

The makeup care intervention is conducted once a week for 24 weeks. The makeup care intervention is performed by a beauty touch therapist certified by the Japanese Association of Nursing and Beauty Therapists, who performs skincare and makeup for each subject in accordance with the methods specified by the association. The same therapist is in charge each time, and each intervention takes about 30 minutes.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

対象者は，通所サービスを利用している地域在住高齢者を対象とする。包含基準は、①65歳以上、②女性、③要介護認定を受けているもの，④研究に対して同意が得られた者とする。

The subjects is older persons living in the community who use day-care services. Inclusion criteria are: (1) 65 years of age or older, (2) female, (3) those certified as requiring long-term care, and (4) those who have given consent for the study.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

除外基準は、①男性、②65歳未満、③要介護認定を受けていないもの、④データに欠損のあるもの、⑤研究に同意が得られないものとする。
