NICUから自宅退院をする後期早産児の両親に対する退院に向けた支援について、今までの経験や現状のなかで、困った点や上手くいかなかった点、よかった点や上手くいった点、工夫していることや試みていること、効果的な方法、在胎週数34週未満の児の両親に対する退院に向けた支援との違いについて

Regarding discharge support for parents of late preterm infants transitioning from the NICU to home, this includes challenges and difficulties experienced in practice, aspects that did not go well, successful and positive experiences, strategies and innovations being used, effective methods, and differences compared with discharge support provided to parents of infants born at less than 34 weeks gestation
