Academics in the fields of Agriculture, Science, Social Science, And Vocational Education who participated in a 12-week cognitive behavioural therapy intervention showed noticeably lower stress scores than those in the waitlist control group. In other words, it was determined that CBT intervention can help academics in the fields of agriculture, science, and vocational education properly control their stress.
