2.低用量ピルを6ヶ月以上服用している方
3.運動習慣のない方(30分以上/回、2回以上/週)

1.Participants who provided informed consent to participate in this study.
2.Participants who had been taking oral contraceptives for at least 6 months prior to the start of the study.
3.Participants who were sedentary (i.e., <30 min of aerobic exercise per session, <2 times per week).
