選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
以下のいずれかの疾患背景を有し、奈良県立医科大学附属病院循環器内科/腎臓内科、南和病院、または西の京病院に入院中の患者。
急性死が予想される疾患群 (Acute death model): 重症急性心不全、心原性ショック、致死的不整脈、または不可逆的で致死的な疾患の進行により終末期にある患者。
慢性進行性の致死的疾患群 (Slow death model): 維持透析中の高リスク患者、緊急透析導入症例、重症感染症合併の慢性腎臓病患者、または末期腎不全で保存的腎臓療法を選択した患者。

Patients currently hospitalized at the Department of Cardiology/Nephrology, Nara Medical University Hospital, Nanwa Hospital, or Nishinokyo Hospital who have a medical history of any of the following conditions.
Acute death model: Patients with severe acute heart failure, cardiogenic shock, fatal arrhythmia requiring mechanical circulatory support, or those in the terminal stage due to the progression of irreversible and fatal diseases.
Slow death model: High-risk patients undergoing maintenance dialysis, patients requiring emergency initiation of dialysis, patients with chronic kidney disease complicated by severe infection, or patients with end-stage kidney disease who have opted for conservative kidney management.
