潰瘍性大腸炎患者におけるAdvanced Therapy選択前に、選択アーキテクチャ型問診票（AT-CHOICE）に回答させる。問診票は1回実施し、回答内容を診療時に患者と医療者で共有する。その上で、医学的妥当性を踏まえ、Shared Decision Makingに基づき治療選択を行う。

Patients with ulcerative colitis complete a choice architecture informed questionnaire (AT-CHOICE) prior to advanced therapy selection. The questionnaire is administered once, and the responses are shared between the patient and physician during consultation. Treatment selection is then performed based on shared decision making, considering clinical appropriateness.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
潰瘍性大腸炎と診断され、Advanced Therapyの新規導入または変更導入が予定されている患者。研究参加について文書による同意が得られた症例。

Patients diagnosed with ulcerative colitis who are scheduled to initiate or switch to advanced therapy and who have provided written informed consent for participation.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

研究参加に対する同意が得られない症例。
