除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 経食道心エコーの挿入が禁忌である
2. 使用予定麻酔薬剤（プロポフォール・フェンタニル・レミフェンタニル・ロクロニウム）に禁忌がある

2. Contraindication to any of the planned anesthetic agents (propofol, fentanyl, remifentanil, or rocuronium)

人工心肺を用いて心臓手術を受ける患者を対象として術中のRVMPIを測定し、その術後経過に与える影響を検討する。さらに、RVFACやLVMPIやなどの他のエコー指標と比較する事で心臓手術におけるRV評価指標としての役割やとLV機能との比較を行う。

This study aims to evaluate the impact of intraoperative RVMPI, measured in patients undergoing cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass, on postoperative outcomes. Furthermore, by comparing RVMPI with other echocardiographic parameters such as RVFAC and LVMPI, this study seeks to clarify its role as an index of right ventricular function in cardiac surgery and to evaluate its relationship with left ventricular function.
