本研究は、単施設前向き観察研究として、当センターにおいて構築・導入準備を進めている次世代医療運営支援システムの本格運用に伴い、外部パートナー企業等との連携による構築プロセスと、その経営改善および労働環境改善への有効性を検討する。また、過去の同時期におけるデータと比較するヒストリカルコントロールデザインを用いる。

This is a single-center prospective observational study. We will evaluate the construction process of a next-generation medical operations support system, developed in collaboration with external partner companies, and its effectiveness in improving hospital management and the labor environment. A historical control design will be employed to compare the data with management records from the same period in previous years.
