日本語
本研究により明らかとなるのは、住民の運動器健康状態の実態である。第1期おぶせスタディから数年経過し、参加住民の健康状態も変化していることが予想される。その実態を調査することで、第1期の調査結果からの縦断的な変化を捉えることができる。住民の健康状態の変化を知ること、特にその中でも将来要介護になる人の特徴を捉えることができれば、住民の要介護を予防する取り組みに活かす情報とすることができる。

The purpose of this study is to assess the musculoskeletal health of residents and identify longitudinal changes since the first Obuse Study. By analyzing these shifts over several years, we aim to characterize individuals predisposed to requiring long-term care. These findings will serve as a foundation for implementing effective preventive measures against disability and the need for long-term care within the community.
